Why I Chose Real Estate
Not long after buying my first house with my sister, I met my future husband, got married, and moved to the ‘burbs. The first house we owned together needed lots of updating and slowly over time (and lots of projects later) our house became a home. As an added bonus, we had built up equity in our home over the years, and we were able to move within our neighborhood to a larger home. I have a business degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and spent the first part of my career in corporate sales and education. I made the move to real estate when I was at a crossroads with my previous career and having a young family. While I loved traveling for my job and teaching others, it was no longer conducive to our lifestyle. I am passionate about real estate because the benefits of home ownership are long reaching and can be life-changing. My choice in career shift was a combination of my passion for real estate, my business-minded skill set, and my entrepreneurial spirit. I love the opportunity to educate and help others create wealth through home ownership. I absolutely love researching current housing stats + market trends and following top economists when it comes to real estate. I pride myself on knowing the current housing data and how that translates to our local market. I have a vast network of agents locally and nationwide who are entrepreneurial-minded like myself. I love collaborating with my colleagues on business ideas, our wins, and challenges. I’m lucky to have made so many good friends within the industry. I attribute much of my success in real estate to my social and organization skills, my passion for economics, my community, and my business background.
I take a very thorough and educational approach when it comes to buying and selling with my clients. I treat each transaction like it is my own and am fiercely protective of my clients and their money. It’s a privilege I truly don’t take lightly. I’m excited you’re here and to learn more about your real estate goals. I’ll be there every step of the way to guide you through your home buying or selling experience!
Outside of real estate…
When I’m not showing homes or negotiating real estate contracts, my life revolves around my family, friends, and my hobbies, which often overlap. My biggest supporter is my husband, Dan, closely followed by my kids Braden (9) and Finley (6). I love getting to be a mom and volunteer at school, work on house projects with my husband, and hang out with friends over a craft beer or glass of wine (Red Blend in the winter, Sauv Blanc in the summer!). I consider a myself a queso-connoisseur (tip to my Texas roots) and will gladly rattle off my list of favorites in Denver.
I’m a distance runner and am currently training for my 7th (!!!) marathon in the fall. I love to be outdoors (who wouldn’t when you live here?!), snowboard, hike, run the Highline Canal, and golf. I attribute much of my competitive nature to my birth order (middle-child syndrome), so beware if we ever play a game against each other. My friends will tell you I can be the life of the party, but my husband will tell you I love a good night’s sleep more and am known for my Irish good-bye’s. I love to go on adventures to discover the nature, history, food, and culture around the great state of Colorado!

My Resume
I’m a full time Realtor in the Denver metro area, licensed since 2018. I specialize in helping others not just buy and sell real estate, but also help them envision their life and dreams through home ownership.
At Emblem Real Estate, we are a boutique brokerage firm that focuses on each individual client with exceptional customer service, rather than mass production. We can never predict the market, but we are extremely adaptable to our clients’ needs and are able to deliver the professionalism our clients expect.
Our philosophy is simple: clients come first, real estate comes second. We strive to over communicate so you never feel left in the dark during your transaction. We believe that if you’re not amazed by how we advocate for you, we haven’t done our job. Our measure of success isn't by arbitrary goals or peer awards, it's by the satisfaction of our clients.
